Early employee secondary sold at a discount in follow-on rounds - why?
Hi all,
I was recently made aware that early employees sell their shares at a discount when they liquidate in follow-on rounds. Is this because liq pref is smaller in earlier rounds than follow-on rounds? Just trying to conceptualize this. Thanks for the help!
