Eastdil Application Process
Speaking from my job search, I haven't seen any job postings with Eastdil in junior level (through Wells Fargo's website).
Can anyone speak of their application process? Does Eastdil go to target school and do OCR's as well?
They have completed their recruiting.
From experience, they will recruit all year round if you can network. With that said, when it is posted on Wells' website, it is only open for 1 day.
damn
How about the summer class?
Not sure on summer recruiting, only full time.

saw a posting early in september. It was gone in a like 2 days.
if this is for NYC I'd probably hold out for a bit. Cushman just poached their top 2 brokers so that is a massive hit to their NYC deal flow.
Can anybody speak to what the recruitment process would be like for a slightly more experienced (>1 yr of deal-level experience) but still analyst-level hire? Obviously it's pure networking to get your resume in front of someone but is this done is or are they one of those super-structured firms when it comes to recruitment?
They are looking for an analyst in their DC office
Where is this posted? It's not on the career site (checking morning after you posted the comment)
That's weird as fuck. It's completely gone.
I saw it last night. It was an analyst role with their REIB group NOT equity/property sales.
To be quite honest they probably posted it for compliance reasons ("EOE") already damn well they're going to hire someone's son/daughter--either an existing senior level guy or a client.
Best way to get in is to have a dad that is a client of the firm
