EDHEC MSc Finance or Yeshiva MS in Quantitative Economics?
I'm a student from Asian, got admitted to EDHEC MiF program, and the admission officials of Yeshiva will come to my city to interview applicants soon. I need to pay 7500 Euros before April 10th to assure my admission.
EDHEC
Pros
1. Relatively cheap tuition fees + Scholarship
The tuition in total is 22500 Euros. I am applying to scholarship, and I will probably be offered 40% scholarship of tuition.
2. Great weather in Nice.
The campus is located in Nice, a beautiful city on the coastline of South France.
Con
1. Language
I have only learned French for 6 months, reaching B1 level. It would be tough to practice language and study the program at the same time.
2. Location
There aren't any financial jobs in Nice, and Paris can't compare with New York City. It can be a nightmare to apply for work Visa in the UK as a non EU resident.
Yeshiva
Pro
1. NYC
- English
Cons
1. Reputation
It seems that the school has less fame than EDHEC.
2. Tuition
$36,000.
Which one should I choose if I want to work in a financial institution abroad?
