Education: Where to go?
Hey Everyone
I have a few questions about education, and where to go but first I want to explain me and my situation. I'm 18 years old, I live in Denmark and in 3 years I will have to go out and get a Bachelor/undergraduate. At this moment I'm dreaming about getting a career in either IB or HF, dream scenario will be to start my own hedge fund, but that's wishful thinking. But which path should I take?
I have considered the following:
-
Get a Bachelor in Finance at LSE (London), get a job in IB (either UK or US) for a few years and start in HF
-
Get an undergraduate at Wharton and get a job in IB (either UK or US) for a few years and start in HF
-
Get an undergraduate/bachelor in Wharton and LSE and start directly in HF
-
Get both an Undergraduate/bachelor and a master degree and then start in one of the two
What would be the best path from your point of view, and why?
