It's "Integrated Supply and Trading" not Institutional S&T. You are trading both the products that BP produces, and the inputs needed to create these products.

one fit one "technical." no real way to prepare, just know your story..why energy, why BP, why trading, etc. also, there will be a calculator on the table for your "technical" interview..dont use it.

I interviewed with them for the summer internship program in energy trading.
My interview incorporated a case that required the application of economic concepts in order to determine prices for oil in several markets. This also involved some mental math. In addition, the information above about the behavioral questions asked is fairly accurate to what I experienced.
Not sure if this information is even applicable, but good luck regardless.

a career in energy trading would typically starts on the phy side. Some move over to fin later and some stay in the phy side. I am going on 4 years in the phy game
