Anyone have insight on working in a transaction advisory type role for an engineering/construction managment firm?
It seems like a project management type role. Financial modeling is a part of the role while you work to advise clients on real estate and infrastructure projects. Clients are a mix of public and private looking to build institutional grade private products or large public facilities. The role seems quite interesting due to the scale of projects they take on.
