?Engineering/Programming: Citadel Securities & Hudson River Trading?

Hello All,

I'm looking for information on what it's like to work at either of these firms as a programmer/engineer.

I've read reviews on Glassdoor for both companies. One issue with this approach is that some of the information is specific to trading and may not be representative of what it is like to be a programmer. What further complicates this is that it can even vary among different programming roles, and teams.

Can anyone shed some light, or helpful information on Citadel Securities and Hudson River Trading?

Regards,
-Plot
