Entering FA, any advice?

What’s up guys, I haven’t come on here in a while, but I am most likely starting at a big bank in FA once I graduate. I know that my boss and team will be great, but I am worried about struggling early on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

This is basic advice but I recommend you start reading and listening to industry thought leaders regularly. Get familiar with the terminology, etc.

Macro Voices (podcast) is good. I pay attention to guys like Howard Marks, Jeff Gundlach and Jeff Sherman, Charlie Munger (old school investor...). Read sites like SeekingAlpha and WSJ.

That's the advice I give to new hires. Experience: 2 years in PWM.
