I was wondering if anyone could weigh in on a few firms in the US that have good entry level ER programs which are open to applicants who have already graduated undergrad with a 1 year of experience in non-ER finance. I graduated in 2018 from a target school and currently work as a deal sourcing analyst at a middle market PE firm. I am looking to transition to buy side ER, any suggestions regarding firms I'd have a shot at?
