Equity Analyst London Compensation
I'm pretty close to receiving several offers for first year equity analyst roles in London and want to know what to expect to be offered compensation wise.
What would you expect to be offered at a $750bn-$1tr active asset manager in London for a first year equity analyst role, full-time, straight out of Uni?

Bump - in a similar position to with regards to considering offers from a long only AM in London as a junior research analyst in equities and would appreciate any input on this
Probably ranges from 40-60k. First year comp isnt really something you should care about in that kind of seat though. It's been discussed ad nauseum how you're basically useless for your first year or two. When you start adding value, your comp will reflect that.
