I don't know deal count or a lot of specifics around stats for equity financings. But with growth equity becoming more popular, lots of non-LBO PE moves recently, and this cap on interest deductibility in the tax plan, what does the PE world have to say about the equity financings/deals happening in private equity?
Is this a trend that will continue? And what will be the structure of the debt/equity supply chain? Curious to know if PE funds are more reliant on equity and how this changes other asset managers such as credit managers and equity investors.
