Equity Research In Family Office

Hi everyone,

I will be shifting into a family office outfit, doing ER there soon. Just want to find out what are some of the differences in terms of research process, workflow or any other things you think is relevant between boutique, family office and behemoths like Blackrock, Fidelity etc

At both analyst level and PM level, many thanks!
