Equity traders skillset (Flow Based)

Wanted to discuss what skill sets are important to equity traders specifically those involved with flow trading. See a lot of emphasis on this site about prop trading thought it would be good to start a thread about flow trading. So what makes a good flow trader?

I work on a flow desk but I wanted to hear everyone else's thoughts before I posted my own.

advice for the new guys - first in, last out. Can I give you a hand? put your personal cellphones, etc away. Work should be your priority. Think proactively, write up notes from calls/meetings you attended, but members of your team couldn't and distribute to your team. Network (during appropriate times). Pay attention to the details, booking tickets, confirming trades back to clients...details, details, details! Think of ideas and be proactive with them.
