All those banks you mentioned pays streets which would be 80k for a second year analyst's base.
A friend of mine at CLSA got paid 100k as base. I would consider him as 3rd year analyst. He is not an associate. Heard that most of his peer get paid between 100-120k as base. One of the firms that I worked for pay their 1st year analyst 85-90k base.
