I would ramp up that alumni networking. If your resume is as good as it sounds, then there is some "soft skill" issue that needs to be addressed. Network hard or switch your focus.
Is there anyone at the internship who can vouch for your skills, as you mentioned? Contact your manager and/or a senior person you worked with, and bring up that they'd be willing to speak to your skills in an interview.
No return offer is a red flag but not everyone gets a return, especially at megafunds, so I doubt the situation is that you are a perfect resume/interviewee and the MF rejection is your Achilles heel. You mention not networking - it's not too late to start and that's how most people get jobs.
BBs and MFs are done, as you said. Boutique/MM IB is still rolling, consulting is always an option. Some BB teams may still be recruiting for summer roles, if extending graduation 1 semester is doable you could look into that.
