(Europe) internship opportunity question.
Hi,
So this question is for you EU-based people who may know more about the specifics of the region. I am graduating from a MSc in Finance from continental target tier 2-3 uni. In august, I graduate but haven't secured a grad position as I was initially interested in doing a PhD, now I am increasingly leaning towards financial research like ER positions.
In line with my interest, although not at an IB or anything, I have internship offer for around 5 months starting July at the EIF (European Investment Fund) , in the research department that does applied research etc (no modelling unfortunately). I am wondering if this may be something I can do while applying for places and leverage it for something in the beginning of 2020, or is it not beneficial?
Thanks for any insights!
