Evercore Restructuring Interview

Folks - anyone interviewed with Evercore's restructuring group recently? Are they recruiting? I heard they did some phone screens. How was the experience and what kind of questions did they target? Any help will be extremely appreciated!

@ying-sun1....running a quick google search for restructuring technical guides will be quite lucrative for you. Also, take a look at some other threads on this website, as many users have offered technical advice for the restructuring interview process.

Focus your time on valuation techniques, capital structure analysis, different tranches of debt and the characteristics of each (interest rates, collateral, senior/subordinated status, tenor, covenants, etc.) Read through some case studies of recent bankruptcies and restructurings and make yourself familiar with the companies' capital structures and financing solutions.
