Well b0ywillie, quite frankly I wouldn't be able to decide, so I would just finally frame the offer letters and sell them to a museum for millions of dollars.
I have friends at both Evercore and Greenhill. Of the 2 I know at Greenhill, 1 came over from Evercore purely based on culture. Take that for what its worth, but all 3 have strong reputations and fit would be the differentiation
Mind posting your stats if this is not a hypothetical situation? Like others have said, with the firms in question, it would come down to culture and location.
Cheers.
The difference between successful people and others is largely a habit - a controlled habit of doing every task better, faster and more efficiently.
I think Greenhill = Evercore (better culture vs slightly more prestige). Had an offer at Lazard and turned it down for another firm. Got bad/weird vibes from some of the people there, though it's obv very good and I'm sure it has some very cool ppl. The whole NY office at Lazard just seemed "off" to me.

All very good--especially Evercore and Lazard. Personally, in this situation, I'd base my decision on which firm's culture I felt most comfortable it.
Anybody in the IB industry who knows what they're talking about will tell you Evercore, then Greenhill, then Lazard
Everyone on this board praises Lazard...
Because they are miserable and bored.
depends the group, depends the city
all very good companies. But if they are all based in NYC for the same group, I would pick Evercore > Lazard > Greenhill.
Do you have 3 offers? Or is this just theoretical?

I'd take Evercore, but that's just my 2c
