Excel help - CRE
I have a list of 10 multifamily properties including the subject asset in column A (property 1, property 2, property 3, subject, property 4, ..... property 10) and rents in column B in descending order. I want to use the "=LARGE(B$1:B$10,1)" function in a different table but also want to exclude the subject property which moves around based on the order of rents. How can I create a LARGE IF equation in descending order while also excluding the subject property?? The equation below isn't working and I have no idea how to fix it, would appreciate any help in advance
'=LARGE(IF(B1:B10,""&"Subject",A10:A10,1) this would be for the largest and it would change to LARGE...2), etc to the 9 competitive set exclude the subject.
crickets?
Try using LARGE(--(B1:B10"Subject")*A10:A10,1) and hitting Shift+Enter to make it an array formula.
