Excel Macro Help - Trying to write two macros

I am trying to write two macros. I have one worksheet that will have a cell where you enter the number of funds, say 4. Then I want excel to create 4 separate but identical worksheets that I have already created. Then I want to have a cell in each of those worksheets where you enter the number of companies, say 10, and it will duplicate an input table 10 times down the worksheet. Anyone have any idea how to do that, or where I can find a tutorial online? Thanks in advance.
