Exclusive or in a Relationship?
What the hell is the difference between being exclusive and being in a relationship? As someone in college is seems like some girls want to just be hooking up, but don't want the guy to be hooking up with other girls. Are dinner dates exclusive?
Relationship entails all sorts of emotional connection, but it seems being exclusive is morphing into this.
Would appreciate any insight here, thanks.
If I’m going on a dinner date or just hooking up with someone on the weekend consistently, I 100% don’t expect exclusivity from that person and will 100% not be giving it to them.
I’m in an open relationship, so I have a girlfriend, but she lets me go on Tinder and stuff to maybe find a different girl. It’s complicated.
Have you ever talked to her about having a three-some?
You have to have a talk and agree to be exclusive - then you’re exclusive until you have another talk.

You haven’t really said too much here. FWB is still a relationship. “Dating and stuff” is a relationship? How do you define dating?
It really comes down to the terms you set in “the talk.”

- do not EVER assume you are exclusive with someone else, unless you’ve explicitly had that convo. Even then.. good luck brother
