Exit opportunity for options market maker

Advise for transitioning jobs while still doing first year as an options trader trainee? I am currently working for an options market making firm as a first year analyst and while I am doing well at the firm and do enjoy the complexity of options, I wanted to ask the community what options I have for transitioning into another firm?(another prop shop/hedge fund). I do want to explore opportunities while I am young and motivated and do not see myself at my current firm for the long term. However, I do not want to jeopardize my current job by sending out resumes to different firms and possibly being called out for it. Would love to hear some opinions about what others may have went through.
