Good options aren't going to come to you. You have to look for them yourself. If you want, work on getting a CFA or some licenses. You could also study for your GMAT's if you want to go to business school. Do your best to network as well.
Want to know some of the exit ops for a successful trader? Starting up your own hedge fund or proprietary trading firm. It all comes down to you.
I disagree... if you get solid exposure in an energy group it is definitely possible to transition into IB or S&T. Don't get discouraged by the people who always mention the same structured path... undergrad - analyst - bschool... a lot of employers respect different backgrounds and are willing to give you a chance.

what do you want to exit to do?

I just want to know that if I did decide to leave, I would have some good options.
not really... you can do the same thing at another shop or go get a MBA and try to change careers
