Exit ops to F100 post IB stint?

As great as PE sounds, I've been thinking about some other options post my analyst stint at an EB. What sort of roles would I find at a Fortune 100 company that share a skillset with banking? Would I necessarily be sacrificing Comp for hours? Would I still be marketable in finance after a few years? Or would an MBA be the next step if I wanted to return to finance?

Thanks guys

These roles are generally not as heavy from an hours standpoint but comp is usually lower compared to IB and PE

Do you know if you enter at a higher level after 2 years in IB compared to if you had just gone straight to the F100 out of college?

Sorry, I meant how does the credit compare to joining straight out of college and working there. For example, Person A and Person B both graduate in 2017. Person A joins the F100 firm out of undergrad. Person B does BB IB and then joins the F100 in 2020. How do they compare?
