Exploding Offer Help

Long-time lurker, first-time poster.

Just received a SA offer from PGIM/AIG Investments based on the east coast (NYC/NJ). Have been reading the pros and cons via past threads but wanted to ask some personalized questions.
The position will be front office, and from what I heard, I will be on one of the investment teams (placement will range from FI, RE, PE, Public Equity, etc...). I am still interested in pursuing a career in AM at large institution managers down the road or full time, and perhaps long-only equity funds. I was wondering if anyone has any opinion on this position and how the exit opportunity will be.

Thank you champs
