F100 MA Internship vs PE Internship

Hey, I am in my fifth semester (Finance B.Sc. at a non target in Europe) with prior VC internship and have now internship offers for the summer at a PE firm in Manhattan (5b$ under management) and a F100 in Europe which would be in their corporate M&A department.

which internship is better relating my long term IBD goal (learnings and prestige)?

Thanks in advance!
Cheers
