F50 FLDP vs. Citi IA Analyst

I'm currently trying to decide between two offers. One is a 3 year rotational (FLDP) position for a F50 company. The other is for an internal audit analyst (2 year rotational) program with Citi.

Long-term I see myself in an analytical role whether that be in corporate banking or corporate finance, I haven't decided. I don't want to get pigeonholed into IA, though Citi would be a great bank to work for. The FLDP program would be great, but the locations are awful and I'd potentially have to relocate every year, which wouldn't be ideal.

Does anyone have any input on either an FLDP program and/or doing IA for a financial institution?
