FA Team Agreements
I am considering joining an FA team as a rookie, no current book, transitioning to wealth management after 10 years in a different capacity within finance at a major wirehouse.
Does anyone know how to approach this? Are there standard agreements in place at major wirehouses or are agreements determined on a case-by-case team-by-team basis? Any help or guidance here would be greatly appreciated.
