Family Office Comp

I have looked around online but I have not seen much data on family office comp for a VP or Associate post MBA role. Does anyone have a better idea? I am chatting with a 400AUM office and looking to set some guardrails. It appears the comp model would be base + bonus with the ability to co invest. The studies I see are centered more around execs of these firms. My role would be sourcing investments and conducting financial due diligence. I would have at least 1 and possibly 2 direct reports .
