Fidelity International (FIL not Fidelity Investments) Reviews & Prestige

Most articles about Fidelity are about Fidelity Investments (Fidelity Management & Research) but not about Fidelity International. I was wondering if anyone can shed light on reviews about Fidelity International in terms of their strengths, culture, salary progressions, or even how it compares with other big-name asset management firms on the street? Any help will be appreciated!!

It’s literally the same thing. Both owned by the Johnsons. They have to separate legally to own more assets in smaller and medium sized company. Lots of historical cross pollination I.e The current head of asset management for FMR is the old head of AM at FIL. It’s like how TRP is splitting into TRIM and TRPA, and same thing at Capital as well.
