Finally got an Internship!
I'm a sophomore in college and I recently accepted an offer to do data analytics this summer at a major financial services/insurance firm (non-banking) I know that I haven't yet achieved my ultimate goal of a BB IB full time offer; however, I just want to acknowledge this milestone and recognize all of the help that WSO has provided me.
I never would have been able to network my way into an interview, nor would I have been able to so eloquently structure my answers to the interview questions had it not been for the WSO interview guides coupled with periodic advice from more knowledgeable users. When I joined WSO a few months ago, I never could have imagined that it would be so incredibly helpful. Again, I fully recognize that this simply is one step in what will be a long and difficult path to achieving my ultimate goal; nevertheless, I just wanted to take a step back to enjoy it. I hope to be fortunate enough to make similar announcements in the coming years. After all, the ultimate goal is to remove "hopeful" from the end of my username.
