Finance at BC, BU, Fordham, or Northeastern? (Undergrad)
So I got accepted to all the undergrad business schools here, and I'm pretty sure I'd go to BC Carroll, should I consider any other schools? Maybe northeastern? Which school would give me the most opportunities?
Of the ones you listed, BC is by far the best choice ceteris paribus.
This, minus the ceteris paribus.
So no point considering the others?
what career do you want? Northeastern is the first thing i'd cross off your list, but maybe that's because i don't know as much about fordham.
BC is the no-brainer winner for job placement. Big 4 accounting firms take tons of kids from northeastern, fewer from BC because BC kids can do better. BC places higher than the others in the higher paying jobs - investment banking, management consulting, etc. BC will actually have goldman, citi, duestche, and a number of IB's come to campus to recruit. BU might get some of those firms. Northeastern, no way. Fordham has the advantage of being is NYC but is certainly not considered as strong of a business school (do they even have one?)

Fordham has a business school. In fact, it has one of the best finance programs in the nation. Nevertheless, I would attend BC over the other choices because Carroll school is improving and is becoming a bigger target school.
Thanks for the responses. I was already leaning towards BC and I'm leaning towards either investment banking or consulting so it seems BC is the best choice.
Either BC or BU
Again, to further stress the point, BC is the best choice of the schools you listed.
I thought BC stands for Boston College not Babson? well, I think Babson has a slightly better finance program than Boston College based on courses, faculties, etc.
It does not.
honestly, I would attend any of the schools on this thread over Babson. Their only claim to fame is their "entrepreneurship program". Just a mediocre school overshadowed by the better Boston schools.
