Finance Clubs/Student-led funds

Is anyone aware of any student-led funds? I'm aware of some such as the Williams Investment Society at Washington and Lee and the Nittany Lion Fund at Penn State, but I'm sure there are more. Also, would it be wise to reach out to current/ex-members before matriculating to find out more/network or would I come off as too much of a hardo?

It's not too much of a hardo move, never too early to start networking.

That being said, most decent schools have these to some degree or another.

Some notables include:

IU Kelley IBW workshop, OSU Fisher Futures, OSU SIM manages $10m+ of endowment which is one of the largest I've seen if not the largest, NLF like you mentioned, etc etc NLF is cool bc they have less restrictions/more autonomy on positions as it's not endowment money, they have actual LPs. Believe Georgetown has a large fund as well.
