Finance Jobs With the Best Work Life Balance

I am trying to explore what I would like to do (currently a sophomore at a target school). I definitely want to be in finance as that is my passion but I am worried about work life balance. I unfortunately have some health issues that would effect my quality of life even more. I originally was interested in IB and am fine with sucking it up despite my health issues to start out, but I am starting to get worried/am realizing that starting out in IB may not be worth it with my health.

Therefore, what roles pay well but also offer a little more of a work life balance. Wealth management, sales and trading, and what else? Any information would be greatly appreciated as I am completely lost right now.
