These are the core modules: a) MSc Corporate Finance: Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Corporate Valuation, Mergers & Acquisitions and Quantitative Methods.

b) MSc Finance: Corporate Finance, Investments, Risk Management, Financial Analysis and Financial Research Methods.

I won't damp all the module information here, but I don't think the programmes are dramatically different. Obviously, corporate finance has a less of a market focus, paying more attention to the company itself. So I could reframe the question as whether Equity Research would value more a broader knowledge of market finance or a more detailed knowledge of corporate finance.
