I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
You will start out 65-75k first year.
You will hit 100k in about 5 years as a manager.
What if you get an mba after 3 years ?
From ppl I’ve met, it stays the same. They needed an MBA just to get to the manager level. But it might vary company to company.
Also, look at the “Salary Progression at F500” post on here
This can swing so wildly based on the size of the company, but generally expect a base of 60k to 70k at entry level, bump to 80k-90k as SFA, low 100s as manager.
This is fairly accurate for my company.
To someone’s MBA point above, if your company makes it a requirement to be considered a manager but won’t give you a raise/pay for it then find a new company. There’s a lot of MBA focused development programs and, at my company at least, the pay is considerably more than what undergrad rotation analysts get.
Well in my case:
Entry was 80k plus 5%
Year 2 was 85.5 plus 10%
Year 3 was 105k and a much larger total comp (became a sr analyst) can’t remember bonus
Basically you will have periodic jumps, especially when you switch firms.
All my data is from corp dev / strategy
What does the average gpa looks life for a good FA position like yours .
Are you asking me?
I graduated college ages ago, but I was an Ivy grad with a 3.8
