financial planning

So I am going into my senior year of high school in the great state of Alaska. I have 2 questions today. Im looking to get a BBA in Finance with a minor in something undecided.
I plan on becoming a Financial Advisor.
1. Should I get an accounting minor due to this being helpful in a FA career, or a minor in psychology because this can also help when dealing with frustrated people dealing with their finances.

  1. Does where I go to school 100% matter when companies are looking at the degree? ( In regards to my undergrad )

Thank you. Any help is greatly appreciated.
