Financial Sales/Marketing-Oriented Partner Sought

I am an entrepreneur with many years of experience in the securities-collateralized financing field with a new iteration of my company. I am now ready to bring in a partner who has energy and sales/marketing experience, including internet email marketing and tradtional networking experience.
This is a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele that we are going after - people willing to plunk down at least $200K for a leveraged credit line against their securities. Our program is unique in that we have access to very strong depository relationships with several New York bank/brokerage operations which allow us to offer terms and conditions generally superior to those that any investor could obtain on a walk-in basis.

Your role will be to network, develop new clients, respond to leads requesting information on our securities-based loans, make presentations (mostly over the phone). This is a location-independent position - you only need to be computer savvy and connected 8-8 Eastern Time to your phone and email to do this.
You'll need a totally clean background for this - no civil or of course criminal cases or issues. I would prefer at least two references as well. You have to have that 'salesman' in you - great energy and a natural socializer who loves people.
During the three-month trial you will receive 25% of all fees received through closed credit line transactions. After that time, assuming both parties agree, you will be given 25% equity in the company as well. I fully intend to provide a larger share of equity and fees/profits to the right candidate.
