Finding a job in HF for an outsider
Hey guys, I did my BA on politics and masters on international relations. After working for two international organisations, I quit and decided to go with the trading (thanks to those ads on forums saying that i could be a millionaire by next week) :). Im 33 and married with no job!
My fundamental analysis of forex is (i believe) quite good and i make consistent returns. I did over 20% in a year (total of 48 trades in year). Because I use fundamentals, I only enter when it is absolutely necessary.
Finding a job in the HF industry as a trader or even "get me a cup of coffee boy" would be a great start for me as I've got nothing at the moment. I also don't live in US. You as experienced traders in the industry, can you advise me whether I stand a chance to find a job? If so, where should I start from finding a company that can hire me?
Feel free to be as brutal as you want to be. I've already passed several depressions and break downs, i I think I can handle your ones.
Thank you.
