Finding a job that suits my major and interests

I am planning to double major in finance and international relations during college and I've been wondering what specific careers could fit that niche. I haven't started college yet but I would like to take on a couple internships in order to have some work experience before I graduate. Because there are numerous types of internships, I'm trying to get an idea about what career I want to aim towards and pick internships according to that so I take on more quality internships as opposed to a large quantity of internships. Quite simply, I'm looking for a place to start that is in line with my major and interests.
