Finish CF Rotational program or Investment Analyst?
All -
I am currently halfway through a 2 year CF rotational program at a large insurance company in the Midwest. This rotation gives you experience in FP&A, reporting, and accounting. Once you complete the program will you be promoted to senior and will make around 80k all in. I'm currently networking in the IB and Asset Management space and keeping an eye open for opportunities.
Also passed level 1 CFA during my time in the program.
Recently applied to an investment analyst position at Willis and got invited for an interview. Pay looks to be at 60k.
Long-term dream would be IB/PE. Also interested in asset management and equity research. What would be my best option long-term? Plan to finish the CFA and then get MBA from U Chicago or Northwestern.
