Firm does not give return offer but failed to let us know

Halfway through my internship and found out that even if you hit it out the park there is no guarantee you come back because the teams are super lean and no one really leaves

Actually have no problem with this because I understand team dynamics in business but they literally did not let any of us know in the beginning which I thought was super suspect

Delay graduation? Or try my luck full time

First, sucks major ass man. Sorry to hear that. My advice would be to pursue three simultaneous tracks:

  1. Test the waters with FT - bust your ass networking, etc.
  2. Explore & keep your options open for delaying graduation
  3. Explore those 1 year Masters in Finance programs at some decent schools
