First year % of base bonus
What would be a good figure for a first year associate bonus %? Is it done by buckets like IB or % of base?

If your not IB, what area are you working in?
Equity Research. IB=Investment Banking. I am not completely clear on how IB bonuses work, but I think it is done by buckets...
I mean Associate Analyst. NOT associate like IB
im guessing S&T..
re OP: its available on WSO's comp db.
Seriously, I am talking about equity research only. Am I confused in some way?
Just want to know 1st year associate bonus in equity research.
Is it a % of base or bucket?
What would be reasonable numbers?
Yall really need to check the forum in which these posts are made before commenting on them. If it's under ER Rendezvous, it's fairly clear that the OP is referring to ER.
dont judge..but what is "the OP"?
Also, I am asking not because I cannot search, but I am an undergrad w/base of 75k. Therefore, traditional numbers may not apply.
But yea, clearly I am talking about ER in ER Rendezvous.
^ OP = original poster
Thanks, now back to the OP, any ideas? I know some of you know what you got / will be getting for your first year..
I think its pretty tough to comment as we dont know where u work. Usually ER is in the IB within S&T therefore different bonus scheme.
