I recently came across Fitch Learning that offers Real Estate Valuation, Investment & Finance course. It's quite expensive and at the same difficult to determine whether it's worth it. I spoke to Fitch Account Exec which was mostly a sales-pitch. I asked if they build a financial model from scratch during the course to no avail. Has anyone taken Fitch Real Estate course?
