I have a phone screen for an FLDP tomorrow and I'm slightly confused on what to expect. I know typically these are basic behavioral and fit questions, but before I was even offered a phone screen they gave me a pre-screening questionnaire asking about strengths/weaknesses, why 'x' company, leadership roles etc. Do you think they'll ask essentially the same questions, and is there anything else I should prepare?

I would assume that they'll want you to walk them through your resume. I expect that they'll ask you questions related to your answers on the questionnaire. Just make sure you know the broad facts about their company, and that you have your resume story down. Should be pretty simple, your goal is to come across as smart, well-spoken, and driven. I've said this to you before, but it's worth saying again: you don't so much want to stress how much you want to get into an FLDP, you want to stress more how much you want to get into that company.
