It's most likely just another call. I would personally prepare for both scenarios (first round and just another networking call) to be safe. From the information you provided, I honestly don't think that this is a first round, but you never know.
Thanks for the insight. I forgot to mention that during our first call, the contact threw technical and behavioural questions at me -- would that change anything?
