Following up after meeting the whole deal team

So by trick of fate, I met with a partner of a boutique IB snowboarding, and he referred me to the bank he worked at, and they got me a round of interviews. Mind you I am a Sophomore at a target school, so this is before the Junior year recruiting. Anyways, I had a phone interview, then three days later I met with the team. Interviewed with one analyst, a VP, two associates, and the MD. I got great vibes, and the guys seemed to want to work with me. I have a good rapport with the associate that interviewed me the first time, and I met with him during the second round as well. I followed up with everyone, but only the MD got back to me, saying "Great meeting you also. We’ll follow up shortly."

So no official timeline given to me, not sure how to interpret the tone, or the fact that none responded to me. Tomorrow will mark seven days since the second round interview, I am thinking about doing it then.

They don't really take sophomore interns, and this is not exactly a structured thing, but I was told I'd be treated like an analyst on the team.

The opportunity for me is AMAZING, and I have been so excited the whole process. So let me know how I should feel, if I should follow back up tomorrow, and if anyone has had the same experience. I'd really hope to get this gig for the summer!
