For a 30 year old, is a BS in computer science a better route than an MSf from Georgetown university?

Need advice:

Experience:
- 3 years financial forecasting experience in a condo association management company.
- 5 years experience investing in personal stock portfolio (including options).
- 1 year computer programming experience in c++, python, data structures - I've taking statistics classes, and received an A in math classes through calculus II.

I want to break into FinTech, but I'm not sure what's the best route, given my age. I'm 31 years old. To apply for a top MBA program I would need to take the GMAT and I haven't even started, so graduation age would be around 34-35 years old if I went that way. Alternatively, I could finish a 2nd bachelor's degree from Oregon State in Computer Science in 1 year.

Another route would be an MS in Finance from Georgetown University, which I could finish in 21 months. Judging from what I do in my spare time, I certainly enjoy finance more than I do CS. I read financial statements for fun. However, I'm worried about age and starting salaries in finance post MS finance.

Will I be starting at the bottom of the barrel? With a CS degree and my skills thus far I'm confident I would land a job in the 65-80k range within two years from now. Can I expect the same (assuming a talented candidate) from an MS finance degree from Georgetown?

Thoughts anyone? Thank you.
