Fortune 50 or PWM

Have an offer for a finance role at a large fortune 50 company and an offer from a boutique PWM firm that has been growing steadily for a few decades. Looking for advice to aid in my decision, thanks!

I would almost in all cases recommend the fortune 50 finance role... especially if you are junior in your career. Working for a fortune 50 company in finance will give you a hard, transferable skill-set which you can do many other roles from there. Being in PWM there is not as many roles you can do from there.

Although PWM can be a very lucrative business and is a growing industry, you have to be more senior because people will not typically want to trust people below 30 with their money. And it is a hustle. But if you can hustle for years and years, and you really want to do it than PWM... otherwise in almost all other cases fortune 50 finance role.
