I am a freshman from a non-target hoping to eventually break into IB. I have been looking for internships this summer with little success, although I did receive an offer to be a marketing intern. Should I take the marketing internship even though it won't give me alot of related experience? I have heard that getting anything your freshman summer is fine, but would this role be better than doing life guarding over the summer?
